Admission Circular
1. The academic year is from April to March.
2. Admission will be done from LKG to VIII.
3. The prospectus with registration form will be available on all working days.
4 . Fill the registration form end let the child appear for a test.
5. Documents required -
- Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Panchayat, Mahanagarpalika, Nagarpalika."
- Three passport size photographs of child and one of each parent.
- For classes above LKG Transf er Certif icate end Result card of qualifying Exam.
- Fully Filled Registration Form.
ADMISSIONS RULES
1. Admission is open to elf irrespective of class, creed end community.
2. The test will be in Science, Mathmatics, English end Hindi."
3. At the time of admission parents must be present.
4 . No test will be taken for LKG Class.
PROGRESS REPORT
1. Parents will be informed of the academic attainment of their ward final progress report will be sent out at the end of the academic year.
2. Parents are requested to bear in mind that these Periodic reports are based on the assessment mode by the teachers on student's score arid attitude also. It is our intention to inform you to help us in his betterment end not to make dogmatic pronouncement on the ability and character.
PROMOTION CRITERIA
1. The promotion of a child does not depend entirely on the result of a single Annual Examination. We have a system of continuous valuation.
2. He/She must be passed with at least a minimum of the 40 percent in all the subjects.
REGULATIONS
1. Discipline is a must to make the students responsible on his/her own, to transform an egoistic individual in to a loving and lovable social being and to be more conscious and aware of their role in family and society.
2. Students are expected to carry school diary, I-Card, arrange their bags as per the time table and to come in proper uniform.
3. Leave applications must be signed by the parent with a genuine reason.
4 . Home work given in school diary should be signed by parent every day after checking it.
5. To bring any modern gadget will be considered as a punishable offence.
